2007年2月26日 · I have imported a DBF file into Excel and have a column of dates that are missing the leading zero on single didgit months. When I try to us the custom format of mm/dd/yyyy it doesn't work (interestingly, after I select that format if I click on an individual cell it changes to the right format). 2007年9月22日 · Hello, I have dates formatted in a spreadsheet as MM/DD/YYYY and I need to remove the "/" to get the format MMDDYYYY. In some cases, I even have M/D/YYYY, where I will still need the format MM/DD/YYYY. I cannot do any validation because the information isn't human entered (it is a system date stamp). I hope there is an easy way.

2011年8月19日 · I use this exported excel in a Macro, and based all the Macro functions on the exact formating of the exported excel. However, when I manually edit the date in this exported Excel (even putting the cursor in the edit box and not changing anything!) it automatically changed it to the Date format.

Lastly, there are a few random rows that are not date information at all or has non-date text mixed with date info--the non-date text doesn't belong in the date column and needs its own column.

2022年9月8日 · FYI, Excel dates are stored as integers, namely the number of days after 31/12/1899 (normally). So if you format the integers 2016, 2018 and 2019 as Date, they will appear to be dates that are that number of days after 31/12/1899, which are 7/7/1905, 10/7/1905 and 11/7/1905 that you see.

2014年7月16日 · OK, many years too late, but for possible benefit of others, IF the date is properly formatted in the cell on your spreadsheet, instead of using .value, use .text.
