The only type of scaling that Word itself offers is to a particular paper size other than the one chosen in the Page Layout dialog. That can be selected from the bottom dropdown on the Print page: If you need a percentage scaling, that may be offered by the Printer Properties dialog, which is provided by your printer driver rather than by Word.

Click apply and it will prompt you if you really want to change it based on what you can now see. Click your response and either exit or try another setting. Is there a function to reduce the entire document to fit, without repaginating? I thought I could just tell my printer to reduce the print size by 50%, but apparently that function doesn't come up in the Word print dialog.
