You will have to manually remove it (until Steam/Valve can get Steam working properly with Lion, that is). I don't want to get rid of the game, just the shortcut, but thanks. No problem but deleting the icon on the desktop will not remove the game. If you put it into the Recycle Bin or click one time on it and push delete, it is the same thing.

2021年1月23日 · Now click on your desktop. Click on a position where no items are. Press Controll and V at the same time. That will actually copy the Steam.exe file, not create a shortcut. To make a shortcut, click on and hold the Steam.exe, and move it to the desktop. Note how it says "Move to desktop".

So I then deleted the broken shortcut, and changed the name of the copy to the original name... and the icon disappeared, replaced with that globe.
