2023年6月12日 · Some one i know Recently bought HP envy x360. When i restart it it wont show display just a black screen but its on power i can see lights and cam hear the fan rotation. If i hard shutdown it and turn on it works, everything else working fine . Just restart is the problem, if i click win>power>restart .

Right-click on your HP Envy 6000 printer and make sure it is set as the default printer. Check if there are any print jobs stuck in the print queue and clear them.
