2020年8月13日 · My mic used to work just fine. Now, In Sound Settings, under input, there is no option to use built-in mic; and the mute button on the keyboard's light does not turn on. Everything else works fine on my computer as far as I can tell, and it is a few months old.

2018年3月28日 · I have the same problem, but I noticed that it started when I removed my USB headphones from the laptop. When I plug the headphones in, the light goes out, as soon as I remove them the light turns back on again.
