2014年1月9日 · I type 'filename:*.pdf' and I get all my PDF files. When I type 'filename:*pdf keywords:insurance' I get nothing all at :(Is it because the keyword is in file properties field for the PDF file. When I search for 'keywords:insurance' it finds my original .docx file but not the .pdf file.
No option to save to PDF in the "Save As" menu
You'll find PDF listed as the last item in the Common Formats section at the beginning of the list. Alternatively, you can use File> Print then click the PDF button at the bottom of the dialog window & select Save as PDF. Both methods do exactly the same thing. Regards, Bob J. *****
