2017年1月17日 · This is not quite true. It's possible (but troublesome) to download updates manually from the Microsoft Catalog to your D drive (or thumb drive) and run them from there. I updated to version 1607 by downloading the install file from microsoft.com (to my D drive). I have had to manually do updates since the 1607 updates, because they are huge.
