2023年8月14日 · I own a Howa 7.62x39 and their 6.5 Grendel which both use the same magazine, they only sell five round magazines at this time. Nearly $50 per mag and made of polymer. Both are mounted in a MDT chassis system.

2021年5月26日 · Rifle has no sights, and the Howa uses Remington 700 style bases, front is curved underneath and the rear is flat. Rifle did not have plug screws installed, and the wrap job has the holes cleared perfectly - no over hang, centered, and the hole in the wrap is the exact size of the hole in the receiver.

And while they’re at it they should replace the accuracy destroying C.I.P./SAAMI chamber throat design with an improved chamber throat design like the 7.62x39 Lapua chamber developed by Lapua and Valmet (see JGS Print 3514).

2017年1月18日 · I put a redfield revolution scope on my howa mini. 2x7 as I wanted something real lightweight and the redfield revolution scope only weighted 11 ounces. Would make a good hunting scope for the 7.62x39 as well. For hunting I like a magnified optic.

2021年2月15日 · Also, it’s been posted here & on Ruger forums that Ruger sells a conversion kit for the 7.62x39 Ranch from the Mini-30 mags to AR 7.62x39 mags using the same magwell parts as the 5.56/.300bo. But I think you have to provide a valid s/n to buy one. One of those threads has the actual part number posted by someone who purchased one.

2023年8月11日 · I would not get one and that comes from a lover of 7.62x39. I have 6 rifles in 7.62 x39 and 3 of them are bolt actions cz527, custom built Savage, and Howa. I have read about accuracy issues and Cz will not guarantee more than 2 moa so that’s a non starter for me.

I haven't even had it to the range yet, and I'm more and more impressed with this little rifle! Since I don't have any Mini-30 mags, I'll probably order the AR magwell from Ruger for $20 and use 7.62x39 AR ...
