Hail Region Development Authority aims to create urban development programs, plans and policies, monitor their execution, and enable their implementation. This is done through collaboration with relevant stakeholders in order to foster regional prosperity and quality of life.

تقع مدينة حائل في الجانب الشمالي الغربي من أراضي المملكة العربية السعودية وتشغل مساحتها المنطقة الواقعة ما بين خطي الطول الممتد من ثلاثين إلى واحد وأربعين وما بين خطي العرض سبعة وعشرون على ثلاثة وثلاثين، كما ويبلغ مجموع إجمالي مساحتها حوالي مائة وثمانية عشر ألف كيلو متر مربع تقريبا.

It is a financially and administratively independent government body with a legal personality in accordance with the regulation of regions and cities development authorities issued by Council of Ministers Resolution No. (475) dated 07/ 09/1439 AH.

The program aims at encouraging Saudi women to enter the workforce in Saudi Arabia. HRDF has launched two programs namely, ‘Qurrat’ and ‘Wusool’. "Qurrat" is responsible for providing the working mothers a hospitality service for their children, "Wusool" provides Saudi female workers with the necessary transportation fees. [ 3 ]
