Some examples: Setting I/O-Priority, Sending different Signals to a process other than SIGTERM and SIGKILL, Proper filtering, Tree View, Showing kernel-threads, showing process environment, list file locks.

Considering that lsof is a dependency of htop, and the problem you're having is that a file can't be read and/or created, there may be a need for lsof's services during the installation. Either install lsof or, if it already is installed, create a hardlink for lsof in /usr/ports/sysutils/lsof.

2019年8月16日 · That's pretty much the answer I was hoping for, although taking a look at pcp now (the tool, not the drug), but it seems like it's very different from htop, and requires a service to be running in background, maybe I'm looking at the wrong part of it though because it seems extensive. To install a single package that is outside of the officially supported SLES packages you can use the search interface on software.opensuse.org. On the software page for mosh click on 'Show other versions' and if you're lucky the right SLES version will be available.

2019年6月20日 · For a rough estimation, you can use Load Average value shown on htop right upper corner. Value more than number of the cores is a sign that the system is overloaded, which is apparently true in your case as 42 is greater than 12.
