Welcome to the Human Tissue Resource Center. The mission of this CAP-accredited core facility is to provide investigators with a centralized infrastructure to optimize the efficiency and costs related to research involving biospecimens. 2025年4月3日 · The HTRC Data Capsule environment provides individual, secure computing environments to analyze content in the HathiTrust Digital Library. Researchers can create virtual machines (called Capsules) to which they can import and then analyze HathiTrust text data.

HTRC Algorithms are web-based, click-and-run tools to perform computational text analysis on volumes in the HathiTrust Digital Library. The algorithms can help you explore, analyze, and visualize public worksets or those you have created.
