2022年9月4日 · Huma gels are pretty decent and at some point I used them a lot. But currently I prefer other brands. Maurten seems to work the best for me. I've had 8 of them in a recent trail 50k, and despite the warm weather and my sensitive stomach, I finished the race with an OK stomach. I could still eat gels after 7 hours of running.
