The Snubbing/HWO Unit is a well service unit utilised for both snubbing and dead well servicing. Snubbing is the process of ‘tripping pipe in a well which has a surface pressure great enough to eject the pipe if no restraining force is applied’; this is termed the ‘pipe light’ mode.
