2023年3月27日 · What I actually didn't do is go to the actual downloaded app on my laptop. I realized that my output was set to the speaker Realtek (Built-in laptop) and not Hyperx. No wonder the person couldn't hear me. Erick also recommended me to set the output as (Same as System (Hyperx Quadcast) in order to automatically default it.

2023年12月27日 · It's not found as an audio device in sound output unless plugged into the headphone jack but then I miss out on the bonuses of the HyperX NGENUITY app. I've been trying to find a fix all day yesterday. Hopefully someone can help. Thanks.

2024年2月11日 · ok but how do we make the settings in the enhancement tab appear again? since i installed the ngenuity app, the enhancement tab is still there but it is empty. I deinstalled the HyperX ngenuity app, but its still missing now. i deinstalled all audio drivers, i tried everything, the settings wont shop up again. I cant play without loudness EQ.

If issue persist, let's download the updated driver from the manufacturers website. What is the exact model of your computer? To check the system model proceed with these steps. -Press Windows key + R
