2014年8月8日 · Processing of the I-824 is generally around three to four months in my experience, but sometimes after the approval, there are delays with the actual file transfer. Those usually can be resolved by contacting the NVC with evidence of the I-824 approval and asking them to assist in getting the file transfer completed.

2024年4月12日 · If you are already in the United States, you have to file I-824 to get your case transferred from NVC to USCIS. Also, you can ask USCIS to reinstate your I-130 explaining the hardships and providing a new financial/affidavit of support sponsor for the case. Reinstating I-130 is completely discretionary.
