The Xe GPUs are actually a little bit different between the i5-1135G7 and the i7-1165G7. You can see them on the Wikipedia GPU page. The i5 has a 640:80:6 core configuration, while the i7 has a 768:96:6 core configuration. (Cores config being FP32 ALUs: EUs: Subslices). They do both operate at the same 1300 MHz.

1135G7 is actually a clever choice, because many laptops are effectively _thermally contrained_, especially cheaper ones.

2021年12月31日 · From my experience, laptop processors can generally withstand more heat than a desktop processor can. And to answer your question, i imagine an i5-1135G7 would get hot but if its a well-designed and well-made laptop, it will be able to transfer and disperse the heat out of the processor.
