2022年12月22日 · IBC don’t have a 2 way vent- they have a vacuum breaker to allow air to enter as product is removed. But for tanks that are vented, particularly above ground tanks that aren’t kept full, you need to pump out the water bottom- or at least make sure there isn’t one. IBCs do have a bottom drain, adding a bit of tilt wouldn’t hurt.

I am trying to determine if an elevator is required. When working on a previous project and trying to determine if an elevator is required, I recall a section in the IBC that noted an exception.
