New 275 gallon poly IBCs are fabricated to a nominal tank thickness rated for dense fluid solutions up to 1.9 specific gravity. Size dimensions for 275 gallon IBC totes are 48” L x 40” W x 46″ H, near common pallet measurements. Poly tote models feature a 6” vented, threaded screw cap inlet and a 2” NPT male quick connect ball valve.

Our 275 gallon IBC tote containers are made from FDA certified, BPA free, food grade virgin high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin, rated for up to 1.9 specific gravity fluids, and approved per ANSI / NSF 61 standards for potable water and high purity commodities. This excludes reconditioned caged IBC totes due the tote’s previous use.
