IBEW Local 34, an affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, was founded in September 1899 in Peoria, Illinois. Our main office is in Bartonville, but we also maintain offices in Quincy and Galesburg.

Members continue to install solar panels on residential rooftops and plenty of commercial spaces. We enter 2025 with multiple projected utility sized solar fields in the near future that will keep Local 34 very busy. Galesburg continues to have a solid work outlook in the near future.
