OS测试也叫open 和short 测试，由下图引脚内部电路图可得，open测试的是pin是否通过保护二极管连接到内部电路的GND或者电源VDD。综上，如果测试pin没有与其他pin短路，且自身二极管没有短路，则测试电压值就在0.2V-1.5V之间。
