At the end of the letter it offers 12 months of IDX monitoring services and a $1,000,000 insurance reimbursement policy. Is this a legitimate data breach notification?

Probably related to this hack. And as far as IDX goes, I've seen other instances where the company indicates to enter the code but it's a button to verify the email instead, so it is probably legit despite my wife pressing the button and my virtual card being used, but I don't know if it was before or after she pressed it. In it it described a security breach they had occur earlier this year and that on September 20th my social/name was sent out in a email. In the notice it offers 2 year credit monitoring and ID theft protection services from a company called IDX. Does anyone know anything about this company and if they are legit since it requires all your sensitive info?
