2007年11月3日 · Here is a picture of the 1568 Black Stripe and the 1468 that I have owned. The 1568 BS was a 1975 BS according to serial number. I can't remember the number but its on the list. It is now back up in North Dakota. The 1468 went to Illinois. I do know of another 1568 black stripe in the area as well as a few more 1468 and 1568 red and whites.

2006年6月11日 · That confirms what I was sure was correct. Those starting numbers for black stripe are something I will file away. I beleive it is safe to assume that the 1568 in Indiana @ the King auction is a true Black stripe woth a S# of 7944. Just 31 units before 1976 start number. We just located S# 7980 of the 1568's, in fact I must admit we got it bought!

This, in an effort to make as comprehensive of list as possible of the surviving tractors. 2010年2月24日 · 53 t was quick to point out the power steering hoses because the 1566&1568 are bent different and are nearly impossible to find OZFARM is right somewhere between 7976 and 7982 the serial number plate changed locations,better get some casting codes and work out when it was made still havent seen a 1568bs after 8033 interesting!!!!!!

2010年1月13日 · Total production (per IH numbers) is supposed to be 863. If you go by the decal serial number breaks in the parts manuals, the first black stripe was supposedly #7946. (manual actually reads "ASN 7945" [ASN=after serial number])

2008年8月7日 · Any way it is a good 1568, we sold it about 22 years ago with 3000 hours and got it back over last winter with 5200 hrs and a somewhat recent TA, clutch and top end on engine. It had a paint job about a year ago. Just a good off the farm kind of tractor. Has that good feel of a well cared for tractor when you are driving it.
