2022年10月28日 · It's seems ISB uses Army/Navy ranks, as shown some of them like in Andor use the Security/Stormtroopers rank badges others the regular Navy/Army. Also is likely ISB officers ranked higher than regular Army/Navy as Yularen was the only one in the Death Star conference room with a low rank compared with Motti, Tagge and the others.

2022年10月19日 · The ISB is not synonymous with Imperial Intelligence - While the ISB is an intelligence organisation, it is a subdivision of COMPNOR that focuses on political/ideological threats to the Empire (II deals more with military intelligence, and is separate from COMPNOR).

An ISB officer isn’t going to take command of a Star Destroyer or an Imperial Army garrison, but the senior brass at those commands may issue orders instructing resources to help ISB accomplish their goals.

2022年10月5日 · So assuming ranks are based off real military ranks, each block is an additional rank. So one block is O-1 (officer 1) then O-2, O-3, etc. For the army and the Air Force, an O-3 (3 blocks) is a Captain while in the Navy it is a Lieutenant. I’ll see if I can find a chart with all the ranks and names.

2023年4月28日 · Now many people making rank charts confuse the assigned titles with ranks, like the rank of "senior insructor", whis is an assignemt that can be haled by any rank. The reality of the ranks is that they are quire streamlined. and where both army and navy may have different levels of NCOs though most are a mix of rank of assignement.

2023年5月14日 · Unfortunately, rank plaques in Star Wars tend to be inconsistent. The ISB probably has a different ranking structure than other Imperial military divisions, or Partagaz is ranked as a lower officer, but serving as a Major overseeing this ISB unit. Or it could be a title or billet rather than a rank in the ISB.
