Designed to improve the quality of officiating from grass roots to Grand Slams, there are schools for four levels of officiating: National, Level 1 (ITF Green Badge officials), Level 2 (White Badge) and Level 3 (Bronze, Silver, Gold Badge).

White Badge Officiating Schools are intended for officials with proven ability and experience of working at professional level tournaments (i.e. ITF World Tennis Tour or higher). ITF White Badge Schools are taught and examined in English only.

At a combined ITF WTT Tournament, the EWR must hold an ITF Referee certification (White Badge Referee or higher).

2024年5月2日 · ITF white badge school for referee and chief umpires was recently conducted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The school was very successful in term of results as 19 out of the 24 students passed. Asia now have 6 new White badge chief umpires and 12 new White badge referee.
