ITV Wales and West, previously known as Harlech Television (HTV), was an ITV franchisee in the United Kingdom until 31 December 2013, licensed to broadcast by the regulator Ofcom. [1] There is no channel, past or present, named "ITV Wales and West".

HTV received its own version of the 'splash' hearts break bumper, as part of the second generic look for the network. Unlike some regions which only contained the 'ITV' name, HTV remains prominently featured here.
