Nearly 50 years after Gérald Genta created the Ingenieur SL, IWC Schaffhausen re-launched the iconic design in 2023. The modern IWC Ingenieur is a faithful distillation of the original design with the proportions, ergonomics and striking visual balance of a sports watch for the 21st century – perfected and refined down to the smallest detail.

The watch is powered by the IWC-manufactured 32101 caliber with an automatic winding system and power reserve of 120 hours. The plates, bridges and oscillating mass are blackened to match the all-black design, and the movement is visible through a tinted sapphire glass case back. The watch is fitted with an integrated Petronas green rubber strap.

The recessed totalizers, the hands and the applied indices and numerals in blackened nickel, filled with Super-LumiNova®, provide additional depth and ensure excellent night-time readability. The Pilot’s Watch Performance Chronograph 41 is …

The Pilot’s Watch 41 TOP GUN combines a “Jet Black” ceramic case in an ergonomic 41 millimetres size with a black dial and a black rubber strap. The crown and pushers made of titanium. A titanium case back complements the sleek and sporty chronograph design. The timepiece is powered by the IWC-manufactured 69380 calibre.

No other model expresses the fascination of IWC Schaffhausen aviator’s watches like the Big Pilot’s Watch. Its purely functional cockpit-instrument design and oversized conical crown were inspired by a military observation watch from the 1940s.

IWC launched the first Double Chronograph in 1992 with the 79230 calibre. The split-seconds hand can be stopped independently using the push-button at 10 o’clock, allowing two independent short-time measurements. A Double Chronograph was also IWC’s first TOP GUN watch in 2007.
