The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) Foundation is well recognized for its excellence in providing first quality education and high-level training standards for professionals who treat the full spectrum of eating disorder problems.

Each year, iaedp™ hosts an annual symposium that serves as a premier gathering for professionals in the field of eating disorders. This conference brings together clinicians, researchers, educators, and advocates from around the world to exchange knowledge, share cutting-edge research, and discuss best practices in the prevention, diagnosis ...

iaedp™requires a 3:1 ratio of individual to group supervision. Example: Individual @ 16 total hours (75%) and Group at 5 hours (25%) for a total of 21 hours supervision.

The iaedp institute develops courses that provide a foundation of knowledge in eating disorders. Completion of courses is the primary step in becoming an Associate of the iaedp Institute (ADII). It is also the beginning step in becoming certified as an eating disorders specialist (CEDS).

iaedp’s mission is to bring together eating disorder treatment providers, across all disciplines, to collaborate and inspire one another. Chapters drive this mission on the local level – connecting members with local peer support, resources, and continuing education.
