Like if someone says "Ich muss mal auf's Klo", then you can say "ich auch" to announce that you also have to go to the toilet (the complete sentence would be "Ich muss auch mal auf's Klo", this omission of words is called "Ellipse" in case you want to look it up).

You can even switch things around a little bit here: These Auch spiele ich Fußball. Ich spiele auch Fußball. Fußball spiele ich auch.
