The ICRC International Humanitarian Law Bibliography lists references to publications in English and French on international humanitarian law. The bibliography is based on books and other material in the ICRC library. As of 2018, the bibliography is published every four months (three issues per year).

The Library of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) produces a bibliography on international humanitarian law (IHL) on a quarterly and annual basis.

This database is an online version of the ICRC’s study on customary international humanitarian law (IHL), originally published by Cambridge University Press in 2005.
