I live in IL and filled out the PUA form which just became available today. My account has a monetary weekly determination, etc. but at the bottom says pending adjudication. what does this mean? How do I resolve it? I posted other because this is an issue that may be present in all states and hoping I can get help faster. Thanks.

2021年2月7日 · If you've already filed PUA after exhausting PEUC or eb, they will deny your PUA claim and send you correspondence as to why, and it will say to wait for further instruction from IDES.

I've been certifying since the 17th and there is somehow still a pending issue on my eligibility. I received a call from Ides on 12/14/2020 and the Ides employee stated that because it hasn't been a month yet that they couldn't do anything until 12/17/2020. On 12/17/2020 no one called ...
