2006年11月25日 · Wow, re-cycled a 2 year old post. I use BlueIris for this on a project and works great. Uses very little CPU and it displays the cameras in a similar fashion to what theuberoverlord describes but is easier because it supports just about any camera out there.

2014年11月11日 · Seems to imply that iFrame interval is only relevant to Variable bit rate and that the cam is sending a complete image for each frame when it is doing Constant bit rate. Bottom line, it sounds like I should be using Variable instead of Constant bit rate for cams whose job is to record the movements of people.

2014年7月24日 · Make iframe on the camera the same as the frame rate, so if it's 20, make iframe 20. Try increasing the max bitrate, maybe to 6144 (lower compression means less CPU work needed). Last thing it could be is your network, so you Task Manager, Resource Manager to see the network on Win7 of just the performance tab in Win8.

2015年11月19日 · I'll have to take the camera down after work. I tried setting the Iframe to 20 and the video is still messed up. I also tried setting it to 50 and the video goes to a monotone green then after awhile it goes back to color. I set it back to 20. I set the bitrate to constant, no change. The CPU sits at 38 - 40 with peaks of 48%.
