iGo Electric is one of Canada’s largest eBike sellers and has been working in the space since 2006. Their headquarters are in Montreal. They were one of the first companies to introduce mid-drive electric bikes in North America, but have switched to hub motor designs in recent years.

The iGO Core Edge is a hybrid e-bike with a 500W motor and 576Wh battery. The hill-climbing, range, and responsive assistance impress experts who praise the stability and comfortable geometry. The Tektro hydraulic brakes and CST tires perform well in testing.
