2009年9月14日 · Ihhhhhhh - Answered by a verified Tech Support Specialist. its hard to say exactly when it happened cause i rarely use the lap top but i would guess that it started acting up a month ago. the anty virus is AVG but the free trial expired. i did restore the computor to 6 months ago but that didnt work so i unrestored it back.
