The International Islamic University (IIU) [a] is an Islamic public university located in Islamabad, Pakistan. [1][2] It was established in 1980 and restructured in 1985, and remains a valuable source for Higher Education in Pakistan.

IIUI mission is to transform the society by promoting education, training, research, technology, and collaboration for reconstruction of human thought in all its forms on the foundations of Islam.
