Asha was an antagonist in Iji. He made his debut in The Reapers' Game. In Iji, Asha lands on Earth (which they call Origin) to track and eradicate the remnants of a splinter group of the Komato Empire - the Tasen.

Asha is a playable character in Slap City. He is an elite Komato Assassin from Iji who has only one arm. Being a Komato, Asha has a vaguely humanoid (and well-toned) body structure, albeit with blue skin and a purple bird-like head with shiny, angular eyes.

Asha appears again in the middle of Sector X, and again his reflexes are considerably faster on Hard, even more so on Extreme/Ultimortal. He also has some new moves, for most of which he uses several Plasma cannons continuously teleported in and out of his hand.

Later, she meets a skilled Komato Assassin Leader named Asha, working under the behalf of a powerful and fearsome Komato General named Tor and his lover, a Komato Annihilator Leader named Iosa. Iji defeats him but Asha manages to escape.
