2023年4月4日 · Ikon is more popular than Epic pass at CU mainly because of Eldora being 45 minutes from campus. Ikon pass is super prime for students here. Unlimited days on the base pass for eldora (35 mins) and copper and winter park (closer to 2 hrs). There’s even a free bus for students to eldora. It is true that prices go up if you wait too long.

Since 1933, Boulder Freeride has been a student-run, campus-affiliated organization and is currently the largest student group on campus, as well as the largest collegiate ski and snowboard club in the country. The club is run by a board of directors, consisting of 12-18 students who are enrolled at the university.
