In honour of the Ilminster Literary Society, Ilminster Arts Centre is delighted to host a captivating evening celebrating the life and legacy of folk collector Cecil Sharp through both insightful commentary and stirring music.

Join the overall winner of the 2023 Ilminster Arts Centre Open Exhibition, to explore using oils to create atmospheric and expressive landscapes. In this course Annie Musgrove will focus on how to use light in the landscape to add interest and drama.

Ilminster Arts Centre was founded in 1995 by artist and illustrator Mary Atherton and her husband Jim. The centre – now a well-established, thriving multi-arts venue – operates as a registered charity.

2024年6月11日 · Ilminster Art Centre’s Annual Open Exhibition. Entries have now closed. Exhibition will run from June 11 - July 19. Tues-Sat 9.30am - 3pm. On the final day the exhibition will end at 2pm Friday July 19. Announcement of winners: Wednesday June 12 from 5pm. All welcome to attend. Free entry.

2024年1月4日 · Our annual Open Prize Winners’ Exhibition will include 10 artists and feature not only paintings and sculpture but also contributions in ceramics from the Arts Centre’s clay workshop group.
