2021年1月21日 · Since it's a pain switching back and forth between old and new laptops, and having files in different locations, I figured I'd try to install the NEAT software on the new (Windows 10) laptop. Once installed I couldn't use it, since the page it needs to connect to to activate no longer exists, so I uninstalled with the Uninstall Wizard.

2022年10月14日 · On 25th March 2022 I paid £16.74 for Lifetime Neat Office. I was supposed to be able to install it on up to five devices. I cannot use all the features of Neat Office on my main device and have no idea or help on how to install it on any additional devices. Can anyone help please. Glyn Casey

2018年6月12日 · My cumulative update KB4284835 installed perfectly but the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool x64 - June 2018 (KB890830) failed to install. Went back to check Windows Update and said I was up to date. Reading through the forum there seems to have been a lot of trouble with this update. I ran my trouble shooter and all is fine.
