2021年6月8日 · I know we're still in beta, so hopefully they fix this. iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 were already letdowns, don't make it worse with what looks like taking the iPhone's Display Zoom feature and just slapping it into iPadOS 15 without seeing how bad the results look. Apple's Batteries widget surely won't ship like this, they'll fix the spacing.

2022年1月23日 · Hello. Does anyone else have broken favicons in iPadOS 15 Safari tabs? Very often my tabs are showing completely the wrong icon. Along with the My First Sidebar, Safari these days is a total embarrassment. Might start using betas in the hope of improved stability ?

2021年4月28日 · TLDR: 'merge macOS and iPadOS' with extra steps. I watched SnazzyLabs new video' on the latest apple event and his comments on the M1 iPad Pro got me thinking about iPadOS 15. His comment on it was basically along the line of: these things have such clear capabilities in terms of hardware to replace a laptop.

2009年2月6日 · iPad Pro M1, running iPadOS 15.2 + USB-C SSD, formatted with APFS (Encrypted) I could have sworn that I used this combination and had the drive show up in the files app. I’ve tried reformatting the drive in APFS (non-encrypted) and it shows up just fine in the files app, but the moment I format it in Encrypted, it fails to show up on the sidebar.

2021年9月21日 · I’m on 15.2.1 and to my surprise it works quite smooth. I’ve updated from iOS 10 (pretty steep update) and the performance differences are subtle. Occasionally I get some lagish behavior for about 2s but so far it’s uncommon, about once every 30 min of usage. Definitely worth the update FYI: my usage is very casual.

iPadOS isn’t just a less powerful feature incomplete version of MacOS. It’s it’s own thing with it’s own unique future. I absolutely agree with you that ipad development has been too slow.
