I've been using iPogo since 2020 and before i used iSpoofer and i never got a strike. A few months later (november-december 2022), I used iPogo on another account and I got a strike again.

Since it doesn't have to pass Apple review there's always that possibility of something malicious in the app. iPogo is a very popular app and I doubt the developers would put something in there that would ruin their reputation and cause all of their paid monthly subscribers to flee.
