2008年4月19日 · Never heard of SALLY, but SALI is a common mnemonic to remember the parts of the left ventricle and their respective leads. S = septal = V1, V2. A = Anterior = V3, V4. L = Lateral = V5, V6, I, AVL. I = Inferior = II, III, AVF. There are other variations of this, such as ISAL, and LISA. S.A.L.L.Y.
Groupings are used to identify areas of ischemia, injury, or infarct on a 12 lead EKG. Remember the groups!! What are we looking for ? ST/J point elevation, depression within the groups. Tall peaked, flat, or inverted T waves. 2 mm or more in 2 or more contiguous or anatomically connected leads.
When assessing a 12 Lead ECG for evidence of an AMI, start in the inferior leads (II, III, aVF) looking of evidence of ST segment elevation. If you see the elevation, write it down.
Examples of ischemic in anterolateral leads (ISCAL) | ECG Library
Ischemic in anterolateral leads (ISCAL) is a type of electrocardiogram (ECG) finding that indicates a possible lack of blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle in the anterolateral region, which includes leads V3-V6, I, and aVL. ISCAL can be asymptomatic, meaning that the individual may not experience any noticeable symptoms.
