The ISU Research Park (ISURP) was founded to provide space and resources needed to advance science-based initiatives. Today, over 90 companies own or rent space in the Research Park — a number that’s constantly growing.

ISURP is a dynamic hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, fostering the growth of new and expanding businesses with a tie to Iowa State University. With more than 550 acres of development, ISURP is home to more than 130 tenant companies, housed in over one million square feet of developed building space.

ISURP offers assistance and accessibility to many university and area connections. Situated just south of the university, it provides easy access to the vast array of resources including talent pipeline management, specialized equipment, access to the research infrastructure and more.

The Iowa State University Research Park (ISURP) is a growing technology community and incubator for new and expanding businesses, providing access to the vast array of resources available at Iowa State University: from talent pipeline management, to specialized equipment, to access to the research infrastructure.

Located in Ames, just south of the Iowa State University campus, the Iowa State University Research Park is a 550+ acre development with more than 1M square feet of developed space. The ISU Research Park is hub for connecting tenants, startups and founders with the resources they need to be successful.
