The Indian Takayasu Clinical Activity Score (ITAS2010) differentiates between active and inactive disease in Takayasu arteritis (TA).

Scoring ITAS.A including acute phase response. 2 for ESR 40- 59; and 3 for >60 mm ESR /hr .

Higher ITAS-A scores suggest poor control of active disease by current therapy. The ITAS2010, validated in over 300 TA patients and sensitive to change, is a useful measure of clinical disease activity for patient monitoring.
