The parameters of fabrication are optimized; post-production annealing temperature, P3HT:PC 60 BM thickness, and cathode composition (Mg-Al). The HTL, PEDOT:PSS, was prepared under optimized conditions; 3000 rpm for 35 s and annealing temperature of 178 °C for 15 min.
