Today, the IUC-PG serves 86 member institutions of higher education in Ohio. The Inter-University Council Purchasing Group is dedicated to the goal of performance excellence in providing agreements that will benefit member institutions, in an environment that promotes an effective exchange of information and leading practice in procurement.

The purpose of the IUC-PG is to achieve standardization of requirements, methods of operation, and to buy at optimum quantity discounts. The IUC-PG operates under the requirements of the current appropriation legislation, the Ohio Revised Code, and the by-laws of each institution’s board of trustees.

Since 1964 the IUC-PG members have interacted with our supplier partners to bring value and service to institutions of higher education within Ohio. 2025年2月26日 · To that end, Ohio university is a member of the “Inter-University Council Purchasing Group” (IUC-PG), a purchasing consortium composed of state of Ohio-assisted colleges and universities, technical schools, and community colleges.

Established in 1939 as a voluntary educational association of Ohio's public universities. Today the association represents Ohio's 14 public universities. Together, these institutions offer a broad range of associate, baccalaureate, graduate, and professional programs.

Jennifer March-Wackers serves as the Executive Director of the Inter-University Council Purchasing Group. She has held this position since July 2016. Ms. March-Wackers is responsible for leading the execution of the IUC-PG’s vision and strategy with a focus on increasing cooperative and collaborative services to higher education members.
