本研究纳入了2019年3月至2021年4月间行最佳ivus指导下pci治疗多支病变，且包含前降支为靶血管的1021名患者。 最佳IVUS核心标准为：支架长度≥28mm时，最小支架面积（MSA）>远端参考管腔面积；支架长度＜28mm时，MSA>0.8x平均参考管腔面积，具体标准见图1。
