2017年8月7日 · The 2800 is simply a cheap JBL, and has remained a cheap JBL on the resale market over the years. I think that they are fine for what they are. Only thing worth bashing are the people who would base their entire opinion of JBL on these speakers.

2013年8月30日 · There are a lot of lower cost JBL models that seem low end when compared to the JBL models costing 2 to 3 times more. It's kinds like comparing a Ford Focus to a Lincoln Continental. Most of them are actually pretty nice when you compare them against other brands in the same price class they were meant to compete against.

2015年3月17日 · Yep. JBL 2800 - nice cabinets, cheap drivers - here what I did with mine back in 2007 (Zilch approved!)! Mounted a JBL 2123 Midbass driver in them as well as a pair of 2405 slot tweeters ... The idea was to add the drivers to a pair of L200s I'd just bought and make DIY 4 way monitors out of the parts!

2021年9月29日 · Hard to tell. The 2800s were an early acquisition for me and I thought they were very respectable. If I had them today, I would brace the cheap cabinets and look at the damping material. Even JBL turds (not saying these are) sound pretty good as long as they don't sound box-ish, yet there are cures. Do not pay a lot.
