2005年6月20日 · Hi all - I just bought 4 brand new JBL 8340 Professional series speakers for my home to complete my 7.1 THX system - Do you think this was a good move? At the moment I have 2 JAMO SURROUND ONES for the rear and now am replacing them with 4 actual cinema speakers? I'm running a Marantz SR9300 Ultra 2 amp so power to the rears is no problem.

2021年11月2日 · I've got a few JBL Professional 8350's and 8340A's, so I thought I would do a strip down as I wanted to have a peak inside. The 8350's are a tad heavier that than the 8340a's, but only by a kilo. But, as you look at them side by side they look identical. The only difference being the name on the sticker on the rear.

2024年1月22日 · I would like to build some high sensitivity ones ideally which would be better than say Jbl 3677’s. I might be happy with something like the htm-12’s all round in a 9.4.4 setup. So the low down is high sensitivity, dynamic clean sounding end game speakers which will cost under £1000 for LCR.

2016年3月25日 · I've heard the Volt 10's at a friends. I own 2 pairs of the 8340's for surround and back spk duties (wood cab). I certainly wouldn't say the Volt 10's where better than the 8340's. I've recently purchased and built 3 x Max 10's from the DIY sound group. So I have no negativity against there products.
