The sole purpose of the H.C.S.C. Alumni Club is to maintain the friendships made during those years of service with JCPenney. The Club is a social organization, non-profit and non-political, whose goal is to keep former associates in touch with one another.

HCSC Foundation was created for the sole purpose of assisting JC Penney associates that have fallen on hard times. In 1959 the HCSC club held its first national convention in Denver in honor of Mr. Penney’s 84th birthday.
