2023年2月22日 · Submit the program's corrective action plan, which includes either discontinuing the use of the vehicle, documentation for any new vehicle now being used to transport children, or a copy of the JFS 01230 "Vehicle Inspection Report for Child Care Centers", to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.

Licensed child care centers receive at least one unannounced inspection annually to ensure compliance with minimum standards for health, safety, and the administration of child care programs. Additional inspections may occur at any time. Below is a summary of what may occur during an inspection.

2024年8月14日 · Documenting Statement(s), If applicable Documenting Statement: An annual safety check of the vehicle(s), using the JFS 01230 "Vehicle Inspection Report For Child Care Centers" form, was verified and dated 9/11/23.

2005年2月18日 · (3) Verification of the safety check shall be documented on the JFS 01230 "Vehicle Inspection Report for Child Care Centers. " (rev. 12/2016). This verification shall include notation and correction of any safety violation and shall be maintained on file at the approved child day camp for review by ODJFS.

2023年12月12日 · Licensing inspection reports from the previous three years can be viewed on the child care website at http://ifs.ohio.gov/CDC/childcare.stm.
